Milk, camel milk and other fresh milk materials are concentrated and dried to produce milk powder. In order to maintain the avor of fresh milk, not destroy its nutritional content, and ensure that the amount of colonies meets relevant standards, concentration and drying need to be carried out at low temperatures. Our company has developed and designed a vacuum low temperature concentration-sterilization-vacuum low temperature belt drying production line. It is a comprehensive solution for the concentration, sterilization and drying of milk materials.

Production line composition: vacuum low temperature concentrator +UHT ultra high temperature instant sterilization machine + vacuum low temperature belt dryer and supporting tank and pump valve pipeline.

Fresh milk materials are briey stored in temporary storage tanks and then concentrated in vacuum low temperature concentrators. The vacuum low temperature concentrator is a continuous production equipment, which uses steam as a heat source and produces hot water through a heat

exchange device. The hot water heats the material, and the water evaporates at a lower temperature under low vacuum. By controlling the temperature of hot water, the temperature of the material is controlled not to exceed the maximum temperature allowed by the process to ensure that the material is evaporated and concentrated at low temperature. The concentration process is carried out continuously, and its density is detected by the detection device to meet the process requirements, and it is pumped to the temporary storage tank.

The concentrated material is pumped to the UHT ultra-high temperature instant sterilization machine, and the sterilized material is pumped to the temporary storage tank. The sterilization process is carried out continuously.

The sterilized material is pumped to a vacuum low-temperature continuous belt dryer. The vacuum low-temperature continuous belt dryer uses steam as the heat source and produces hot water through the heat exchange device. The hot water passes into the heating plate of the belt dryer and heats the material through the PTFE track. In the low vacuum state, the material moisture continues to evaporate until the moisture content meets the process requirements. The dried material is coarse crushed by the grinder with the belt dryer and exported to the belt dryer through the vacuum discharge device.
